  • Seats 2-50 formal sit down

  • Great place for cocktail hour

  • Bistro lighting for accent also has area lighting

The Rockery

  • An open air grassy area surrounded by the rockery wall & gardens

  • View of gardens, trees & fields, yard, tent & mansion

  • One end situated under the shade of a grand old Horse Chestnut tree

  • Seats maximum 75 for formal sit down 

  • Seats up to 200 as a ceremony site

  • Combine the area with the Patio too

  • Area has been used for small wedding and reception together

Our Reception Tent

  • 40 ‘ x 100’ white frame tent situated on resurfaced tennis court 

  • Electric & wi-fi are provided

  • View of old barn wall foundation old barn wall gardens, the rock garden, grapevine covered fence, trees, mansion & the sunset (when it happens)

  • 10’ between each side pole & end poles

  • Thin cables across short length of tent for easy decorating 

  • Interior perimeter Bistro lighting for accent, & choice of chandeliers or rent your own

  • Seats maximum 300 for formal sit down

  • Curtains/panels on the ends included to give your catering company a place to set up and not be seen by you or your guests preparing or cleaning

  • Side curtains/panels are extra, $32.25 per 20’ section

  • Tent is included in guest counts over 50 ($322.50 for groups 30 or less, $430.00 for groups 31-50 guests

  • In groups larger than 50…. Tables, chairs, tableware, flatware, glassware, dance floor (if you want one), & décor are your responsibility 

  • You can design your tent set up, or we have some ideas for you.

  • PLAN B …IS THE TENT. Bad weather, everything goes under the tent!

A tent may be put up anywhere on the property for your reception (at your cost as long it is safe and we can get town approval). This option has already been successfully implemented twice, adding to our expertise in creating a unique and customized experience.
